Founded in 1984, İnci Akü is a lead acid battery manufacturing company which has several production plants in Turkey, Romania and Ukraine manufacturing a total of 4.8 million batteries per year. İnci Akü manufactures SLI, traction and stationary type of batteries for various ranges of application. Since 2009 İnci Akü employs approximately 500 staff and has an R&D centre certificate which requires 60 dedicated R&D employees. Ínci Akü exports its products to 53 countries to 3 continents. In addition to this, it is the original equipment supplier of many domestic and international automotive factories. İnci Akü supply automotive manufacturers which include Fiat, Ford, Mercedes Benz and Temsa. Quality standards attained by the company include TSE-ISO 9001-200 and OHSAS 18001.
